Singapore, February 22, 2024 - CyberForSec Pte Ltd (CFS) and QLABS SG Pte Ltd (QLABS SG) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize their partnership and establish a collaborative ecosystem aimed at advancing customized software development and cybersecurity technology.

This strategic collaboration brings together the expertise and resources of CFS and QLABS SG to jointly develop and offer Customized Software as a Service (SaaS) Solutions. The Parties will leverage their strengths in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and Internet of Things (IoT) to create robust and scalable SaaS platforms, including CCTV security software integrated with advanced technologies.

Under the MOU, CFS and QLABS SG will also collaborate on comprehensive training programs in SaaS software and cybersecurity technology, aimed at equipping individuals and organizations with essential skills and knowledge. Additionally, the Parties will engage in joint marketing activities to promote cybersecurity-related education programs offered by Massive Wisdom Group.

Furthermore, CFS and QLABS SG will collaborate on the launch and promotion of custom SaaS software and embark on collaborative AI and cybersecurity projects to develop innovative solutions for public use.
