Happy faces for being certified competent in NICF IT Service Management
Finally, we cleared them and they are now deemed competent for higher level roles.
The ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) has become the de facto standard in IT Service Management. ITIL helps organizations across industries offer their services in a quality-driven and economical way. The framework has gone through progressive updates that further refines an existing body of IT Service best practices.
In this bootcamp, we’ve made everything pretty much hands-on by throwing in only the necessary ‘ingredients’: service lifecycle concepts, key principles and models of IT Infrastructure Library, selected processes/roles/functions of IT service management, modern technology and architecture needed for IT service management and processes relating to service strategy to give learners these skills:
Determine systems maintenance procedures based on industry’s best practices and service-level agreements.
Identify resources to provide equipment and software maintenance based on industry’s best practices and service-level agreements.
Implement maintenance procedures based on industry’s best practices and service-level agreements.
Revise maintenance procedures by continuous monitoring of service levels.
Cheers! I am proud of you guys.
