Career Opening – Service Desk Support Engineer
We are looking for a team of Service Desk Support Engineers.
- 1st and 2nd level onsite support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop clients, standard and client’s applications, and hardware issues.
- Manage/configure desktops, deploy applications/software and apply updates/patches to desktops, laptops, and other network devices.
- Perform service and maintenance of systems.
- Email messaging support configurations, troubleshooting.
- User administration (setup and maintaining account)
- Documentation in form of internal wiki.
- Password and identity management.
- Great service attitude.
- 3 years working experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates and PMETs changing industry are welcomed to apply.
