We are seeking a Regional Leader, Asia, Global Learning and Development to enable MassiveWisdom.com to win by developing great global learning experiences that reflect the unique needs and preferences of team members in various regions of the world. You will lead a regional team to develop and enable a portfolio of personalized, on-demand, self-directed, curated, and facilitated learning experiences that help develop the workforce of the future.

Responsibilities

•Design and establish processes and methods for global and regional instructional design and facilitation with the Global L&D team
•Build an innovative regional learning and development team to architect solution-oriented experiences that build capabilities for the future
•Lead a team of highly skilled instructional designers and facilitation professionals to identify, curate, develop and deploy world class learning and development solutions to meet business needs
•Lead the regional L&D Communities for Instructional Design and Facilitation to support the global direction, and establish Global L&D as a trusted partner within the learning and development community at MW
•Collaborate effectively with global learning and HR teams to understand the common critical needs of the business
•Partner with Global L&D program managers and learning advisors to interpret business needs, customer readiness, and unique regional considerations that inform solutions
•Develop great global learning experiences that reflect unique regional requirements and still drive global performance and productivity throughout various career stages and experience levels
•Ensure learning opportunities that are culturally relevant, establish effective learning habits, and meet the needs of a diverse, global team member population
•Cultivate relationships with regional partners as SME’s and Facilitators and proactively influence collaborative opportunities and partnerships
•Maximize the value of MW’s investment in third-party tools and resources for development
•Partner with HR L&D Services leadership to enable sustainable solutions that can be effectively delivered and managed regionally and globally
•Execute and feedback to a learning roadmap that leverages enterprise learning initiatives
•Enable development plans and experiences that build capabilities to meet MW business objectives

Requirements

•Master’s degree in Performance Technology, Adult Learning, Org Development, Org Behavior, Psychology, or equivalent
•8+ years as a human resources professional with specialized mastery in learning and development, learning assessment, solution design and delivery, competency development, and learning effectiveness measurement / analysis
•Certification in assessments, psychometrics, and development tools
•A transformational leader with a proven track record of leading teams through transformational processes and activities
•Subject matter expertise in instructional design and facilitation
•Ability and willingness to proactively partner and influence to deliver solutions
•Experience leading change in a large, growing, fast-paced organization in a complex industry
•Ability to apply the right level of structure to project and process activities
•A strong bias for action with the ability to build relationships, lead others, and share knowledge
•Leadership presence; builds credibility and influence from the outset
•Resourceful and creative with strong problem solving, influencing, and negotiation skills
•Quick study with passion, energy, enthusiasm, and drive for results
•Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills: can get to the root causes and help identify the fundamental issues and opportunities
•Demonstrated ability to conceptually interpret a problem or situation and determine the best solution by exercising ingenuity and originality
•8+ years in OE/OD, L&D, HR, Talent Management, Executive Coaching, Consulting related fields
•Bachelor’s degree in Performance Technology, Adult Learning, Org Development, Org Behavior, Psychology, or equivalent
•Experience managing a diverse team of professionals toward a common goal
•Experience partnering with peers to maximize outcomes
