Career Opening – Marketing Lead
We are looking for a Marketing Lead who is versed in offline and online marketing.
- You will manage and lead the Singapore team to provide best practice leadership in all areas of marketing automation – with emphasis focused on demand generation program strategies for B2B and B2C e-marketing campaigns, including acquisition, nurture, and retention techniques.
- You will develop and execute campaign strategies to ensure annual department revenue targets and individual campaign objectives are achieved. You will ensure that campaign strategies align with broader Company Community strategies and that there is strategic and tactical alignment with complimentary marketing capabilities and activities.
- You will also develop and monitor corporate benchmarks for campaign performance and lead generation, and work with product marketing and sales to develop measurable campaign objectives. You are responsible for developing and monitoring segmentation and customer profiling to optimize demand generation programs. You will also develop best-practice framework, standards, and playbooks for demand generation tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in B2B & B2C Marketing and Sales processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team within marketing or sales function.
- Experience in Marketing Automation tool(s) and have an understanding of web analytics, content and data management.
- Ideally, you are a creative thinker, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoy working with and within cross-functional global teams. You also possess strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
