Career Opening – Business Development Manager
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Achieve revenue targets set by the Company.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in Business Plan Development for each client’s idea(s).
- Handle Business Plan Development, manage the development team of certain projects.
- Present the business plan for further funding and investment for Investors.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Required skill(s):
- Business Plan Creation;
- Business Plan Development; &
- Market Analysis.
- Ability to present, communicate and negotiate at a Senior Level.
- Excellent business acumen and high drive for business success.
- Strategic, persuasive, persistent, relentless, self-starter, independent and integrates well with the team.
